Anne-Marie: Hi, I'm Anne-Marie Coughlin, and I'm one of the hosts here at Growth Driver. I'm so excited to have you joining our intro conversation here, getting to know a little bit more about the episodes that I'll be hosting and telling you more about what you'll get out of it when you join us. So welcome.

Welcome to Growth Driver. Where the best minds in B2B are redefining growth.

I'm the director of people operations at Intelligent Demand, and I come to ID with a background in talent acquisition, organizational development, everything having to do with the life cycle of the employee experience.

I've worked in everything from nonprofits to fortune 500 organizations. Worked in cities, I've worked in mountain towns, and I'm so glad that I've found my home here at Intelligent Demand in this role and have a blast doing it. Everyone that I work with as people leaders or people operations leaders, we're all asking the same questions. We're all asking, "How do we really increase that employee engagement?

How do we make sure our employees feel recognized and appreciated? And how do we really put things into practice? How do we implement changes across our organization and within our teams to be impactful, to drive the success of our company?"

So in, in these segments of Growth Driver, we're going to talk about all of those topics with experts from a variety of backgrounds that you'll get to hear from. And together we're going to build a community of leaders who are really caring about the future culture of our companies and how to make all of our companies amazing for the employees that we have.

We'll have conversations around topics that talk about diversity, equity and inclusion and how we can implement better practices.
We'll talk about the strategic alignment between business objectives and value and culture. We'll talk about rewriting the book on leadership development and training and what does it mean to be a people leader now that we have all of the experiences we've had the last couple of years? What does the future of work look like? And how do we really connect with that next generation of employees as well?

We're going to have these real time conversations that are difficult and vulnerable and be able to share those experiences with each other. Because if there's one thing I've learned in all of the roles in my background is that every one of us is trying to answer these same questions and the more we can do it together the better we're all going to be at it.

Thanks again for joining me here today in our short episode. I can't wait to see you join us for all of our future episodes and hear from all the great speakers and guests that we have. Please feel free to follow us, like us wherever you get your podcasts. Tell your friends, tell your teammates to come join the conversation. And be sure to reach out to me as well.

I'll be sure to put LinkedIn profile in the notes here so that we can connect and keep these conversations going.
